何故”リゾット風”と書いたかと申しますと炊いた御飯で作ったからです(笑)本来なら洗米していない米を使用しブイヨンで煮詰めながら作りたかったのですが炊飯ジャーに取り残された御飯を利用せずにはいられない主婦心がございまして炊かれた御飯で作るならばいわば洋風にしても雑炊ですよ雑炊。Hmm I、ネーミングが可愛くないとても美味しかったのでリゾット風ということでご勘弁願いたいところ次回はきちんとお米から作りアルデンテに仕上げますね♪
