Promisedland flower Lotus ideal Earth passed Crowne Plaza Hotel Chinese restaurant "flavor 餐廳" in collaboration with dinner

Hualien hotel "Promisedland Resort & Lagoon 花蓮理想大地渡假飯店」にある 中華料理レストラン「風味餐廳（Aroma restaurant）で GMの陳美婷さんとPRのGladys Chan、Hsuan Chen、通訳のEllena Huangさんと一緒にDinner Time！ わたしたちは、lade Gourmet & As a hotel Web Magazine project [to travel with the second series]、 富山県にて活動されながら世界的に活躍される二組の作家 「Shimoo Design／下尾 和彦＆下尾 さおり」の木製器と「Syouryu／島谷 好徳」の錫製器と共に旅しています！ 「Promisedland」のExecutive Chefの高得明（Dam Kao）にも作品を紹介し、美しい中華料理とCollaborationしていただきました！ 記念にGMの陳美婷さんに「Syouryu」の「すずがみ」を贈呈すると、 その自由自在に変化する器にとても興味を示してくださいました！ こちらでは、On time and started live mini table、陽気なスパニッシュミュージックで大盛り上がり！ さらに日本語で「なだそうそう」を歌ってくださり楽しませてくれました！ 花蓮の豊かな新鮮食材を少しずつ楽しむ前菜にはExecutive Chefの高得明（Dam Kao）にコラボしていただき 「Shimoo Design」の「KAZARIDAI」にバランス良く盛り付けていただきました！ 「KAZARIDAI」は和食とのコラボが素敵ですが、中華料理にも良く合いますね！ 他にも「Fuyouシリーズ」は魚料理や肉料理と合わせていただき、ナチュラルな木目が繊細な中華料理に良く合います！ 花蓮な美味しい食材を盛り込んだコースのメーンディッシュの鯛は原住民の調理法を用いた塩釜仕立てで、 Plump and moist boasts exquisite smoothness、ジューシーな仕上がりに感激！ 「Syouryu」の「すずがみ」には、こちらのホテルオリジナルのスイーツの 「蒟蒻ゼリー」と「Honey Cake」を合わせていただきました♪謝謝、Dam san♪...
