A tower-type rental apartment building adjacent to Yotsuiike ParkPark View Yotsuike"ofladeThe first renovation project produced byHigh-rise modelThe first project, " " has successfully concluded, and the next initiative we have been working on is the second renovation project, "Mid-rise model」が無事完成を迎えましたことご報告するとともに、内覧会の案内をお知らせいたします！今回、中層階の空室3部屋を施工デザインしてくださったのは、数々の住宅設計を施工し、デザイナーズハウスなどを手掛けられる中、更にそうそうたる店舗の設計からプロデュース、そしてトータルコーディネートを得意とし、ここ最近では、大手ホテルのリノベーションや古民家などの再生も手掛けられている「ALAIN DESIGN」の中根夫妻にお願いいたしました！中層階のリノベーションは、それぞれ部屋毎にテーマを持たせ、お部屋の個性が楽しめる空間づくりを試みました。ご入居いただく皆様に"I want to live in a room like this!"Our goal is to create a space that makes people think, "Wow!" and ideally, a room that you'll want to show off to your friends and family, highlighting the details we've put so much care into.
中層階リノベーションルーム

405号室のテーマは「我が家は小さな美術館」と題して、おうちで魅せるディスプレイが楽しめる部屋づくりをしています。2間続きであった和室の1室を洋室にし、和の趣と洋の趣の良さを活かしてリノベーションしています。賃貸のマンションの床としては、従来安価なクッションフロアが多く用いられやすいのですが、今回は、Tile carpets that are easy on the legs, knees, and lower back, and are widely used in hotels and hospitals.Using this, the entrance area and each Western-style room are luxuriously decorated.Fully flatで敷き詰めています（※和室のみ段差有）。冬は暖かく、夏は涼しく、1枚毎の取替えも簡単なため、掃除ケアも楽なタイルカーペット。リビングには、清潔感溢れる淡いブルーの壁紙と飾り棚を配置することで、まるでちょっとした「美術館」のようなアートスペースに変貌を遂げています！もう1間の和室はヘリ無しの畳にし、モダンで開放的な落ち着ける和空間を提案しています。築年数の経ったマンションに多く見られがちな壁と扉の多さを取り外すことで、閉鎖的な空間を解消し、家族の交流が生まれやすいお部屋が完成しました♪
Room 506のテーマは"A home like a cafe"と題して、ダイニングを大胆にもCafeCreate a stylish atmosphere! Italian tiles are used on the kitchen counter, and a display shelf is also installed on the counter. It would be nice to display your favorite cafe books, coffee cups and utensils, etc. The entire wall of the dining room is painted with chalkboard paint, which can be used as a family message board with a free-spirited approach. You can write down the menu for lunch or dinner of the day, decorate it to enjoy a home party, leave a quick note to take away, or use it to help your children with their studies, creating a place where family communication will be fostered. In the living room, luxurious Harlequin wallpaper from the UK is used, and high-quality cushion flooring imported for commercial use is used on the floor, creating an atmosphere that makes you feel as if you are in a Scandinavian cafe♪
