Roppongi is a hub for trends. Despite not being a major terminal station, this area attracts people who create the latest fashion trends.

And now, just a short distance from Tokyo Midtown, a symbol of Roppongi, a new French restaurant has opened. Its name is "SeRieUX," which means "serious" in French. The restaurant's name, meaning "serious," was chosen with the desire to convey a new value that has never existed in this area before.

This is our second restaurant, following L'argent. The French word SeRieUX translates to seriousness, sincerity, or earnestness, and in the context of work, it signifies putting one's heart into every detail. We always incorporate a playful spirit into our serious work, and the movement of uppercase and lowercase letters expresses our attitude of giving our all to both work and play. The UX at the end of the spelling emphasizes user experience, reflecting our desire for customers to have new experiences through SeRieUX, including our food and service.

Located in a hub of Japanese trends, our cuisine is "modern French cuisine originating from Tokyo," crafted by chefs who have a deep understanding of the country's culture and ingredients. We offer dishes that capture the essence of the times, rather than simply recreating past nostalgia.

The National Art Center, Tokyo, located near our restaurant, is currently hosting the Louvre Museum exhibition, so we would be delighted if you could stop by on your way back from enjoying some art.
