For the renovation of the middle floors, we tried to create spaces where each room can have its own theme and individuality can be enjoyed. To all our residents"I want to live in a room like this!"Our goal is to create a space that makes people think, "Wow!" and ideally, a room that you'll want to show off to your friends and family, highlighting the details we've put so much care into.

Room 405The theme is"My home is a small art museum."Under the title, I'm creating a room where you can enjoy displaying things at home. I converted one of the two adjoining Japanese-style rooms into a Western-style room.Renovation that makes the most of both Japanese and Western aesthetics.While inexpensive cushion flooring has traditionally been commonly used for the flooring in rental apartments, this time,Tile carpets that are easy on the legs, knees, and lower back, and are widely used in hotels and hospitals.Using this, the entrance area and each Western-style room are luxuriously decorated.Fully flatThe carpet is laid out in a way that creates a sense of spaciousness (except for the Japanese-style room, where there is a step). It's warm in winter, cool in summer, and easy to clean as each tile can be easily replaced. In the living room, a light blue wallpaper and decorative shelves create a clean and refreshing atmosphere."Art Museum"It has been transformed into an art space like this! Another Japanese-style room now features tatami mats without borders, creating a modern, open, and relaxing Japanese space. By removing the many walls and doors often found in older apartments, the enclosed space has been eliminated, resulting in a room that encourages family interaction♪
Room 506The theme is"A home like a cafe"Titled "Boldly redesigning the dining room,"CafeCreate a stylish atmosphere! Italian tiles are used on the kitchen counter, and a display shelf is also installed on the counter. It would be nice to display your favorite cafe books, coffee cups and utensils, etc. The entire wall of the dining room is painted with chalkboard paint, which can be used as a family message board with a free-spirited approach. You can write down the menu for lunch or dinner of the day, decorate it to enjoy a home party, leave a quick note to take away, or use it to help your children with their studies, creating a place where family communication will be fostered. In the living room, luxurious Harlequin wallpaper from the UK is used, and high-quality cushion flooring imported for commercial use is used on the floor, creating an atmosphere that makes you feel as if you are in a Scandinavian cafe♪
