雨It's a morning where the rain continues to fall, and the sound of it hitting the roof almost sounds like quiet music. I often get migraines on rainy days and don't feel my best physically, but I always try to lift my spirits, says Ayaco. My breakfast menu on such mornings is always the same: I make my favorite "creamy omelet." Today I made a "creamy onion and bacon omelet." I season the onions and bacon with herb salt and black pepper when sautéing them, so I don't need to season the egg mixture at all; I just mix the eggs with milk or soy milk. You can also add grated cheese to taste for extra richness. For the sauce, I mix ketchup and mayonnaise in a 3:1 ratio, also thinned with milk or soy milk to make an aurora sauce. The inside should be soft and runny. When I put my fork in and see the egg ooze out, I feel so warm and happy, I'm truly a lucky person ♪

And, as is customary around this time of year, Ayako-san, with whom I've become good friends because we share the same name "Ayako," gives me her homemade strawberry confiture, which I generously spread on a baguette. For my husband and me, who don't like overly sweet confiture, Ayako-san's homemade confiture is truly the perfect level of sweetness. With the strawberries retaining their shape and the sweetness kept to 201 TP3 T, the confiture transforms the subtle acidity and sweetness of the strawberries into an exquisite flavor, allowing us to enjoy a truly blissful time♪

I received this jam in a paste form, so I tried putting it on yogurt along with some strawberries. The mint creates a refreshing morning and helps wake you up!

Thanks to Ayako, I was able to enjoy a delicious and happy morning. Thank you as always, Ayako!
