Entering the Takaoka area from Himekaido, there is a ramen shop near Hamamatsu City Aoigaoka Elementary School.Wonton Restaurant"Mr. The GeneralToyotaMr."Hi there! Welcome!"It's been a while since I've heard that cheerful shout. This shop was originally,Homerun-ken, Nabari, Raikiken, KorokuThe boss who has been working on ""MorishigeThis is a ramen shop that was produced by Mr. Toyoda, and Mr. Toyoda has taken over the management rights. The previous owner, Mr. Morishige, is currently running a ramen shop in Oyama, Nishi Ward.Ramen in the WildernessThe new store, "[Name of store]", is still open for business!

The restaurant is small and cozy, with an L-shaped counter with 10 seats and a tatami room with 4 seats. It's always bustling with regulars, and it's a place where you can enjoy chatting with Mr. Toyoda across the counter, and where regulars can deepen their friendships with each other. It had been four months since my last visit, but Mr. Toyoda"Nedacchi, you seem as busy as ever~♪"They give you a warm welcome (lol).

Mr. Toyoda, who is 43 years old, runs this restaurant with his wife in a very laid-back manner (lol). Although it's just a short time to eat ramen, I always enjoy chatting with Mr. Toyoda about various restaurants and other food-related topics.

"Ground Sesame Beauty" 700 yen
Speaking of Wonton Restaurant"Nintama Ramen"Although it has a strong image as such, this"Ground Sesame Beauty"This is a classic and popular choice. The soup, with its exquisite blend of pork bone broth and ground sesame seeds, is a flavor that's popular even among women. The noodles are homemade, medium-thick, flat, and straight with low water content. They have a great wheat aroma and texture, and their chewy, springy flavor pairs perfectly with the soup.

Salt ramen: 700 yen
This is my first time trying salt ramen at Wonton-san's."My Salt"Not either,"Japanese-style plum salt"Not either,"Salt Ninja Ball"Not just ordinary"salt"I decided to try it. Actually, my stomach was feeling a bit upset that day, so I ordered it lightly seasoned. They always accommodate my slightly selfish requests with flexibility. The soup doesn't have any particular distinguishing features and has a simple flavor, but what I really like about this place is the chewy texture of their homemade noodles. These homemade noodles go well with rich soups like the one at Surigoma Bijin, but even with a simple salt-based soup, the chewy noodles are satisfying and have a great bite. Mr. Toyoda, I'll be back again soon♪
