A total of 55 units, all of themDirectionIt is filled with [something], and the upper floors offer the best views overlooking the city of Hamamatsu.viewYou can find it here. My husband and I currently live in Mikatahara, Kita Ward, and spend our days commuting between our home and our office on the second floor of Viola Tamachi in the city center. Commuting from Kita Ward would mean a considerable distance and commute time, so we are thinking of making this apartment, which is a convenient midpoint, our second home. On this day, we asked the building manager if we could take a look at an available apartment. We will be checking the current state of the apartment and how we plan to renovate it in the future... and we will be posting updates here regularly, from this interesting perspective that you don't usually get to see, all the way to actually living in it as a second home! While doing so, we looked out at the lush green Yotsuiike Park adjacent to the apartment building's parking lot,I caught a glimpse of the cherry blossoms in full bloom! The weather was lovely and warm, perfect for a stroll, so I headed straight to Yotsuiike Park. This photo shows Park View Yotsuiike from the Yotsuiike Park side♪

Walking under the rows of trees, enjoying the cherry blossoms, I exchanged greetings with neighbors passing by and gentlemen enjoying fishing in the pond. This is a lovely place for walking or running! With the weather getting warmer, I was just thinking about restarting my walking routine for health reasons! At this opportune moment, having a park like this just a few minutes' walk, or rather, about two or three minutes, from my apartment is incredibly fortunate.

The way they flutter down is beautiful, but this week might be the last chance to see them. Oh, and to the gentlemen by the pond..."What kind of fish can you catch?"When I tried talking to them, crucian carpApparently, you can catch this fish there. I'm not very knowledgeable about fishing,"Can we eat that fish?"I was laughed at when I said that (lol). Apparently, crucian carp taste muddy and aren't suitable for eating, so they're catch and release! From that gentleman"If only I had come a little earlier, I could have shown you my impressive catch♪"I received some rather impressive words, like something a fishing expert would say (lol). This park allows for communication with neighbors like this, and it's making me really look forward to living here!
