Mr. and Mrs. Hirano, affectionately known as "Hee-san," had been wanting to switch from their old flip phones to smartphones for some time. However, they didn't know how to go about changing their contracts, so, as usual, my partner stepped in to help (lol). On this day, we met at the SoftBank Hikuma store in the morning, and he helped Mr. Hee change his phone model and Ms. Junko switch from Docomo. Mr. Hee, who uses an iPad for work all the time, has no trouble operating an iPhone, but since this is Junko's first smartphone, she'll probably need a little iPhone training♪
