The towering buildings filling the gaps in the clouds are bathed in sunlight, creating a different landscape from the nighttime view.
The flowers blooming in the entrance garden close their petals at night, but when they are bathed in the morning sun, they all open at once, revealing their lovely, colorful appearance!
In stark contrast to the tranquil atmosphere of the evening, the entrance lobby, which is filled with natural light, is an open and comfortable space!
The main dining area for general use is "Zest," located on the first basement floor and open all day. It features an open kitchen style where you can watch the chefs at work and enjoy a lively atmosphere, and serves a buffet-style breakfast with a wide variety of dishes!
In true Shanghai style, you can enjoy piping hot steamed dim sum, Chinese congee, noodles, and other Chinese dishes, as well as popular Japanese food like sushi rolls and chilled tofu, creating a colorful fusion of Japanese and Western cuisine! For dessert, the gelato made with tropical fruits looks absolutely delicious!
Although it's underground, the courtyard terrace area is open to the sky, allowing plenty of natural light to enter, resulting in a very bright and clean restaurant!

The club lounge offers light snacks and complimentary drinks at set times, including breakfast (6:30am-10:30am), lunch (11:30am-2:30pm), afternoon tea (3:00pm-5:00pm), and evening cocktail hour (6:00pm-8:00pm)!
The club lounge, with its dark color scheme using wood and marble, exudes a sense of calm and tranquility. It offers a selection of carefully chosen ingredients for everything from hot dishes and freshly baked bread to pastries and salads! With a limited number of seats, it's a very peaceful breakfast experience!

⑤ "Xiao Long Bao and Chinese Congee"
Juicy soup-filled xiao long bao and healthy, thickened Chinese congee simmered to perfection!

They make Chinese ramen to order! The simple, light, and elegant soup is said to be perfect for breakfast!
After breakfast, while relaxing in the lounge's "Library," I was warmly greeted by Mr. Clemens Hoerth, the hotel's General Manager, so I took the opportunity to say hello!
