今回は、残念ながら午後のフライトに間に合わないため、ランチをしていけなかったのですが、
ベンコットの友人ソムリエであるAlex Tsaiに顔を出してから帰ろうと立ち寄らせていただきました！
会議を終えたDirector of Communicationsの李佳燕（Luanne Li）と
Marketing Communications Executiveの馬慧錡（Bellona Ma）も加わり、
暫し歓談タイムを楽しみます♪
SommelierAlex Tsaibut,
「今回、僕は君にサーヴしてあげることができないから、代わりに僕のお気に入りを贈るよ！」
と特別に彼がお気に入りだというワインを用意してくださいました！（Surprise!!!）
Alexは、わたしと同じ1973年生まれの同じ年。
知的で優しく紳士とパーフェクトな男性です！
次回、お逢いする時には彼に喜んでもらえるものを何か用意したいと思います。

Alex Tsai（Hsiao-Lun）プロフィール
1973年8月20日：台北生まれ
イギリス・レスター大学で生物学を学び、
I worked as a research assistant at Taipei Veterans General Hospital from 1997.
Since 2005, I have worked as a consultant and lecturer at the UK Friancy Wine Tasting Club.
I have been working as a salesperson at the wine shop Evergreen Laurel Collection since 2009.
After giving up on a career in research, I encountered wine while working a part-time job and decided to pursue a career as a sommelier.
2011年から台中の「Pin J French Cuisine Restaurant」で料飲マネージャー兼ソムリエ。
2012年から「Taipei Salon Wine Bar」のマネージャー兼ソムリエ。
2013年から「グランドヴィクトリア台北」の料飲アシスタントマネージャー兼ヘッドソムリエ。
2014年から「Mandarin Oriental Taipei"of"Benkot」にて
料飲アシスタントマネージャーに就任し、現在至る。

Marketing Communications Executiveの馬慧錡（Bellona Ma）と一緒に記念撮影！

「Mandarin Oriental Taipei」から、「Matsuyama Airport」は車でおよそ5分圏内と好立地に位置しているため、
松山空港から高速バスで「台湾桃園国際空港-Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport」まで向かいます。
以前は、台北駅から高速バスに乗り、桃園国際空港に行っていましたが、
松山区近辺のホテルであれば、松山空港から乗車されることをお勧めします。
李佳燕（Luanne Li）と馬慧錡（Bellona Ma）に感謝の気持ちを告げ、
