"Gourmet Shop by Mandarin Oriental Tokyo" - A casual open-air cafe.

The new logo is displayed at the entrance.
The logo mark is named after Nihonbashi Muromachi, where the hotel is located.MuroThe design is based on the motif of "[...]".
"MuroIt seems that "bread, pastries, cakes, groceries, and delicatessen items" refers to bread, pastries, cakes, groceries, and delicatessen items.
Shinichiro Ogata of SIMPLICITY is in charge of creative direction.
They handle total branding, from logo design to packaging, uniforms, and interior design.
The uniform design is by the fashion brand "minä perhonenThe design was handled by designer Akira Minagawa.
This uniform is inspired by the character "室" (shitsu), which is also used in our logo.

It has been transformed from its previous classic image into a casual cafe style.
A new eat-in area with open terrace seating has been set up on the Chuo-dori side.You can pick up your purchased items here.
There are also indoor seats separated by glass, so you can use those on hot, sunny days or during bad weather.
Seeing the lady munching on bread on the open terrace first thing in the morning feels just like a scene from Europe!

They offer a variety of items, including original blended teas flavored with Chinese tea, baked goods, and more, so you'll never be short of gift ideas!

Among the gifts with cute packaging, the most popular item is also served at all of the hotel's restaurants.
We have also received it many timesMandarin Original Blend Tea"is.
This blended tea pairs well with any meal and is popular with a wide range of age groups.
Especially during the upcoming hot season, cold brewing is definitely recommended!
With its rich aroma and subtle sweetness, you'll be able to enjoy a truly exquisite tea time!

Aside from the basic shortcake, almost everything else is made as a tart, and tarts are their specialty.
The fresh tarts lined up in the display case are all beautifully colored and look delicious.
It's a slightly larger size, perfect for sharing between two people.
The lemon tart is the most popular.Using two types of lemons with different levels of acidity, the sweetness of the Italian meringue combines with the lemons to create a rich and complex flavor.
Its casual and approachable atmosphere has made it a popular and talked-about spot.
