After enjoying the calm sea view at "MARINA TERRACE" overlooking Ago Bay, we headed to our accommodation,Forest Villa DOGWe returned to the villa. Upon returning, we noticed a small change on the terrace after the cleaning for the next day. A bright orange tarp had been newly installed to soften the strong summer sun. The orange color stood out beautifully against the blue sky, contrasting with the deep green surrounding it, giving the entire terrace a more resort-like atmosphere. The deck, which had previously been bathed in sunlight, was now enveloped in soft shade and transformed into a comfortable private lounge where a breeze could pass through. We felt the hospitality of this resort in such meticulous attention to detail, adjusting the environment to suit the season and climate.
Not only the terrace, but the interior was also beautifully maintained, and the amenities and supplies had been newly replenished. The moment I opened the door, I was greeted with the same refreshing feeling I had when I first stepped into the villa on the first day, and I couldn't help but smile at the consistent comfort even during my extended stay. It was these thoughtful touches of hospitality that transformed the entire stay into something more comfortable and special.
It was such a lovely terrace. With a cold beer in hand and tortilla chips we'd brought with us, we toasted to a peaceful afternoon. Spending time in restaurants and bars is nice, but there's a special kind of comfort in enjoying a drink on your own private terrace. All that stretched out before us were trees swaying in the wind. The only sounds we could hear were the chirping of birds and the gentle rustling of leaves. There were no cars or people talking, which are so common in the city, and only the sounds of nature played quietly. An afternoon spent without worrying about the time, undisturbed by anyone, simply gazing at the scenery. Such simple moments might be the greatest luxury of all that you can only experience while traveling.
"Beer & Tortilla Chips with Salsa Sauce"
We set up the side table on the terrace and toasted with cold beer. For our snacks that day, we brought organic tortilla chips and salsa sauce (we also brought the dishes and rattan tray). The crispy, light texture of the chips, paired with the salsa sauce that has just the right amount of acidity and spice, is a perfect match for summer beer. It's a simple combination, but that's what makes it taste even better when enjoyed in nature. Bringing your favorite snacks and relaxing at your own pace without worrying about anyone else is one of the unique charms of Forest Villa DOG. Deep green stretches out before us, and the breeze caressing our cheeks is refreshingly cool. Enjoying a drink with the birdsong and rustling leaves of the trees as background music was the best treat of all.
Chocolat also relaxed on her favorite terrace. She would relax on the wooden deck, then go out to stroll around the lawn garden, and then come back to the terrace. It was a private space where she could spend her time freely at her own pace, and she seemed relaxed throughout.

After enjoying a pleasant time on the terrace, I settled into the daybed inside. Through the large window, a lush green landscape stretched out, and sunlight filtered gently through the trees. It was a peaceful time, as if I were surrounded by nature. Looking back on my time at NEMU RESORT, it's not just the glamorous activities and breathtaking views that remain vividly in my memory, but also these simple afternoon moments.
