"Okonomiyaki Kokoro": A crispy new texture thanks to the tempura batter! The inside is fluffy and moist, and the spring cabbage is sweet!

Along the street in Sumiyoshi, near Seirei Hamamatsu Hospital, there's a shop with a noren (traditional Japanese curtain) displaying the three hiragana characters "Kokoro." It opened in April 2007 and is celebrating its 8th anniversary this year, 2015. Since coming to Hamamatsu, I've always thought, "When it comes to okonomiyaki, it has to be Kokoro-san...".
