This bar was opened on March 15, 2013, by Tomoya Itakura, who had been working as a bartender in Fukuroi before going independent!
The interior features a spacious wooden counter with 8 seats, and further inside there are two tables with 4 seats each and one table with 6 seats, making it just the right size for a second or third party, especially if you're renting it out for a private event.
Normally, I would order my usual Sidecar cocktail, but on this day, I told Itakura-kun, "I'll leave it up to you for the celebration," and he prepared two cocktails in auspicious red and white colors for me!
This adorable red cocktail, sure to appeal to any woman's heart, features the fragrant aroma of rum and the sweetness of liqueur, resulting in a smooth and easy-to-drink Bacardi cocktail.
For a clear, transparent white cocktail, I recommend the "White Lady." It's one of my husband's favorite cocktails!
After that, I opted for a slightly stronger single malt for a nightcap, enjoying "Hazelburn 12 Year Old Campbeltown," "Springbank 10 Year Old Black Label," and "Cadenhead Bowmore 12 Year Old."
