A "goal" to write down what you think.

I think I'll make "goals" the theme for this time.

How are you all doing with achieving the goals you set at the beginning of the year? Those vague goals you set at the start of the year need to be clarified and solidified by the end of the year, don't you think? A year may seem long, but it goes by quickly. Let's set solid goals and make this year a wonderful one! I'd like to talk about the essential elements for achieving your goals: an "action plan," the "determination" to achieve them, and "confidence."

First and foremost, having a clear goal is absolutely essential to becoming the person you want to be. Only after discovering what you seek in life can you create a systematic plan to achieve your most important dream. It's safe to say that no one has ever accomplished anything truly valuable without a goal.

When setting goals, what is important

1. Avoid using vague or ambiguous language.
2. Make your goals clear enough to write them down on paper.
3. Plan when you will arrive.
4. Write down the specific steps for the long-term and short-term plans on paper.
5. Set high goals.

Vague, unclear, or undefined goals are like rice cakes in a painting—they're meaningless, aren't they?
I started setting all sorts of goals when I was in high school. I vaguely wanted to do something different from others. I vaguely wanted to go to a good university. I vaguely wanted to earn money and buy things I liked. However, these were vague and I couldn't really achieve them. That's only natural since they weren't specific. So this time, I tried setting specific goals. I think I was in my early twenties. And then, I started to move forward steadily, one step at a time.

Once you've set specific goals, the next important step is to create an "action plan." An action plan is a map, a blueprint, and a guidepost that leads you towards your goals. When creating your action plan, keep the following points in mind:

1. List as many obstacles as you can think of between your current self and your goal.
2. Create a section to record the progress made by removing the obstacle on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, and fill it in.
3. Write down a plan for how you will hone your current talents and skills. Specifically, it is important to receive training and gain experience.
4. Create sections to record your progress toward your goals and your own progress on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, and fill them in.

By creating and writing down an action plan like this, you should begin to feel a sense of "this is what I'm going to become." Once you feel that sense, your body will automatically react and you'll want to take action immediately. Well-structured actions and sustained enthusiasm are the source of power for achieving your goals. What matters is not who you were in the past, but who you will become in the future. Recognize that your own adventure has just begun, and push forward towards your purpose.

Once your goals are clear and you've created an action plan, the next step is to solidify your resolve. Tell yourself, "I can do it," and "I will do it," and strengthen your determination. Making this mindset a habit will manifest as a habit of action that leads to success. Then, ignite a genuine desire for the dream you've envisioned in your heart. This burning desire is the greatest motivator that drives all human action. Once you've established the "habit of success," success is just around the corner. Here's what you need to do to achieve that:

1. Believing that "no matter what happens, nothing can stop my resolve."
2. The goals you set for yourself must be truly clear and vivid.
3. It's not just a simple resolve, but a burning "desire" behind it.
4. Being serious
5. Having the tenacity and perseverance to see a plan through to the end.

The magnitude of the success you strive to achieve is determined by the magnitude of the desires you harbor. Remember that if your desires are small, you will only achieve small successes, and only with great desires can you achieve great success. "Believe in yourself and have confidence." I feel like I've written similar words before. Have confidence without a basis. Confidence doesn't need a basis. Create your own diagram of know-how based on your life experiences so far: "In this situation" → "This happened" → "This is what happened," or "I was able to do this too." Increase the number of examples of what you "could do." What you have experienced, even things that others might find difficult, can be clues that lead you to success. To increase this diagram of know-how, it is important to proactively face difficult things and situations that others are afraid to touch and accumulate experience. When you jump into the unknown, pay attention to the following!

1. Ignore your own shortcomings.
2. Focus on your strengths.
3. Focus on your own attractiveness.
4. Express your budding confidence through action.

Confident people are able to utilize their own strengths, which in turn builds confidence and becomes a key factor in achieving their goals. This confidence will reinforce their abilities, double their energy, and strengthen their motivation. The best way to ensure success boils down to cultivating the highest level of confidence in your own abilities. It's about having confidence that you "can do it." Take action, shaking off feelings of frustration. Focus on your strengths, not your weaknesses.

Our goals will never run away!
I'm always the one who runs away!

As I write this, I've made a decision myself. I'm going to set clear goals once again. And I'll create a solid action plan, make a firm resolution, and confidently tackle a completely new model unlike anything before. If I do that, I'm sure I can achieve it.

We look forward to seeing you again next year with the new SiNQ, which has moved into the next phase.
