The okonomiyaki at "Okonomiyaki Kokoro" is delicious with a crispy exterior and a soft, moist interior.

Along the street in Sumiyoshi, near Seirei Hamamatsu Hospital, there's a shop with a noren (traditional Japanese curtain) displaying the three hiragana characters "Kokoro" (心). It's an okonomiyaki restaurant run by owner Tatsuya Oishi, which opened seven years ago. I found this shop relatively soon after moving to Hamamatsu and it piqued my interest...

While quietly standing on Mokuren Street, this building exudes a sense of grandeur, and its imposing presence, enhanced by the "Renri no Ki" (a tree with intertwined branches) visible from the garden, gives it the atmosphere of an ancient castle. This building has been reborn through a collaboration between the owner and a new chef...
