Hamamatsu's Teppanyaki restaurant "Kokoro" offers an exquisite okonomiyaki with a crispy texture thanks to the use of tempura batter scraps, and a fluffy, moist interior!

In Hamamatsu, along the street leading to Seirei Hamamatsu Hospital in Sumiyoshi, there's a teppanyaki and okonomiyaki restaurant with a noren (traditional Japanese curtain) displaying the three hiragana characters for "Kokoro" (heart)! This restaurant was opened in April 2007 by owner Tatsuya Ohishi and has since gained popularity through word of mouth...
