The tonkatsu (pork cutlet) is of a good thickness, crispy on the outside and relatively tender on the inside. Personally, I might prefer the meat to be a little more moist. It comes with shredded cabbage, sliced cucumber, lemon slices, and orange slices. A tangy, refreshing mustard is provided, so you can add it to your liking, and it's served with a separate dish of Worcestershire sauce. However, considering the price, it's a great deal!
