This is from Sapporo.”Morio Mosura(Nickname) has been asked by a friend who owns the shop and is from Hamamatsu to be the manager. The cafe is open from 11am to 6pm, Sunday through Thursday! Please note that it is closed on Fridays and Saturdays!
Manager Mosura is not only a chef, but also a florist, creating bouquets for birthdays and special anniversaries, as well as regular flower arrangements for each store. The shop is filled with flowers that she procures from the flower market every morning, and the air is filled with the fragrance of flowers, creating a truly luxurious, relaxing, and comfortable space.
Just like the exterior, the interior is unified in navy blue tones, and while the combination with dark brown wood creates a calm atmosphere, a large gorilla photo panel is boldly displayed on the wall, making a big impact! The photo of the gorilla, captured in the jungle, has a quiet gentleness that can be seen in its eyes, and it is so captivating that owner Tosura fell in love with it at first sight! If you look closely, it's a gorilla with a charming personality!

Lunch is served from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and afterwards, you can enjoy desserts during cafe time until 6:00 PM!
The lunch menu includes a daily special "Skillet Lunch (with drink) 980 yen," a "Pasta Lunch (with drink) 950 yen," and Mosura's original "Curry Lunch (with drink) 950 yen." On this day, we ordered the "Skillet Lunch of Stewed Hamburg Steak in Tomato Sauce" and "Teppan Napolitan"!
The trendy skillet, which keeps the food piping hot, is beautifully arranged on a wooden tray with salad and rice, and comes with miso soup, making for a well-balanced Western-style meal. The hamburger steak, which is like a mountain of meat, is thick and juicy on the inside, despite its size! The tomato sauce with summer vegetables and beans makes it even more satisfying and enjoyable!
This colorful "Teppan Napolitan" can be enjoyed piping hot to the last bite, with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese to your liking!
Here too, we have incorporated into our lifestyleZennoaThey now carry "Nuku Hiva Noni Juice," and have added it to their menu as a new soft drink that can be enjoyed by mixing the rich and flavorful noni juice with guarana, ginger ale, cranberry, etc., and it's proving to be very popular for its delicious taste♪
