On the first floor, a gathering place for true motorcycle enthusiasts, a collection of meticulously crafted bikes is on display, and a large fireplace chimney rises from the atrium, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere unique to wooden architecture.

When I went to interview the owner of this shop, Takeyoshi Kuroda (nicknamed Leon), his wife Rosa kindly treated me to their "original hamburger"! It's a shame the photo doesn't do it justice, but it's actually a huge hamburger that easily exceeds the size of your palm. Leon has lived in America for many years. He said that he wanted to recreate the hamburgers he used to eat for lunch at American restaurants, and he put a lot of thought into it based on his memories from that time. He said it took him six months just to get the buns close to his ideal. If you make a reservation in advance, his wife Rosa will prepare it for you, but it seems to be a rather "whimsical" menu item, so please understand (laughs). Rosa, who loves cooking, also spares no effort in preparing homemade meals for the young French people who make Leon Bikes when they gather. She doesn't try to cater to French tastes, but uses locally grown vegetables, and while there are Japanese dishes, her menu mainly consists of natural foods. Incidentally, Med, the French product manager, is a big fan of Japan and loves Japanese tea! The interview lasted four hours, with him casually stuffing his mouth full of a huge hamburger!
