The beans are roasted on the spot after you place your order, and the roasting is complete in about 5 minutes. While it's best to leave the roasting level up to us, we can also adjust it to your preference.

At the counter, the owner carefully hand-drips each cup for each order, and because the taste can change depending on the weather and humidity, he makes sure to taste it before serving.
