It tastes even better because it's Gaku Shakusawa's "Cup for Drinking Too Much," and the way the sake swirls and becomes translucent is also beautiful!
For an early snack, we had lightly pickled vegetables made with "Anan Valley White Soy Sauce" from Kamiichi Town, where my husband's family lives.
Or, a quick and easy snack: "Spicy stir-fried bamboo shoots and chicken"!
