The treatment rooms consist of five separate rooms for men and women, each a private space equipped with a shower, toilet, closet, and powder booth, allowing you to relax and unwind!

According to Mika, it's best not to wear any underwear at all. Apparently, many Japanese people are particularly shy and embarrassed to be completely naked, but I don't have to worry! (lol)
This time, we combined our treatments to enjoy the "Chinese Meridian Treatment (Meridian Energy Therapy)," their top recommended treatment, for 120 minutes at 5,500 TWD (approximately 20,350 Japanese Yen), treating ourselves to a maintenance session! (We were given special permission to film!)
While your feet are warming up in the footbath, choose one to three of your favorite scents from five different essential oils!
① "Life's Slow Dance" A blend of essential oils including Buddha's hand citron, Damask rose, sweet orange, true lavender, Roman chamomile, and Atlantic cedarwood.
② "Buddha's hand citron" - sweet and refreshing scent, bergamot
③ "Shirasenso" - A refreshing scent derived from trees with high antibacterial properties, like cajeput.
The foot massage includes a foot reflexology-like technique, and the therapist uses sea salt and oil with a scrubbing effect to thoroughly massage up to the knees with just the right amount of pressure. This warms you up from your toes and slowly relaxes your body!
Lying face down on the bed, enveloped in the fragrant scent of oil, the massage began with gentle tapping along the meridians of my entire body. As the pleasant tapping sounds echoed, my whole body gradually warmed up, and I was overwhelmed by a strange sensation I had never felt before! This Chinese-style massage method was a first for me!

Beitou Hot Spring is a sulfur spring, which warms you to the core, and has excellent fatigue-relieving and skin-beautifying effects, making it one of the top-ranked hot springs on my list!
