The night market, lined with stalls selling Taiwanese food and sweets, clothing and accessories, general goods, and games,
It's bustling with many locals and tourists!

This dish features plenty of ground pork seasoned with pepper and green onions, and is baked to a crisp in a stone pot!
I haven't sampled it yet because I have a restaurant dinner waiting for me tonight.
For those visiting Taiwan for the first time, I highly recommend trying the street food at a night market, as it offers a great atmosphere and is a must-do activity!

You can experience unique and unusual fortune-telling methods such as tea leaf fortune-telling and bird fortune-telling!

Besides pepper buns, they also offer spiced fried squid, oyster noodles, and pork spare ribs braised in Chinese herbs.
There's a huge selection of local food here!
