A midsummer trip to Izu to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. We returned to "Izu Nagaoka Onsen Sanyo-so" after our first visit for our wedding anniversary in spring, this time in a different season. Once again, we stayed in the "Sakae no Ma" room in the detached "Fujiuraha" cottage, where we could spend time with our beloved dog, Chocolat. This spring, we visited the Sanyo-so hot spring inn in Izu Nagaoka to celebrate our 14th wedding anniversary, our ivory anniversary.
