A summer-only surprise dinner at "PIACERE," a creative Italian restaurant at "Daichi Saketen The Gaia Hotel."

On the first day, we'll have dinner at the creative Italian restaurant "PIACERE"! The restaurant has an elegant interior with a white-based design.
From July to the end of August, the "Magical Summer Set," a limited-time summer menu item, is said to be popular, so I'll order that.!
However, when I was given the menu, it was completely blank!
This menu comes with a surprise! When you shine a blacklight pen on it, the menu items will appear!
Furthermore, the tables are covered with paper, so you can even enjoy doodling with a blacklight pen while you eat!
This system allows for surprises, making it perfect for proposals and celebrations!
Leading a wonderful team of staff who brainstorm ideas to entertain guests.
We were able to greet Manager Debbie Lee and Chef Ye Ming-fu, and our enjoyable dinner began!

My work was also featured at "The Gaia Hotel," where it was collaborated with their creative Italian cuisine!

The shrimp salad, named "Magic Garden," was paired with "fuyou" by "Shimoo Design."
It gives off a soft impression that evokes the natural beauty of the earth!

Furthermore, they made a soup using loofah, which is commonly eaten in Taiwan, and served it with "Syouryu."
I'm amazed at how well they managed to create this shape! What incredible draping technique!
What's more, loofah is delicious! And it's good for your skin too, so that makes it even better!

The main dish also features "fuyou," and the magic wand made with Grissini is adorable!

The dessert for the dinner, where many magical tricks are performed, is a magical chocolate ball, and the sauce is poured over the chocolate ball to melt it.
Enjoy it with the sorbet that appears from inside! It was a fun dinner full of playful touches that brought a smile to everyone's face♪
