We had dinner at "Mantaro Sushi," located on a street corner in a residential area not far from Aichi University Station in Toyohashi! This sushi restaurant was opened 43 years ago, on September 1, 1975, by the owner, Akihiro Takemoto, and his wife, Yaeko. Currently, his son, Okura (D...), who trained in Tokyo, runs the restaurant.
