店主の永谷さんから聞いた話ですが、前回記事にした「Park View Yotsuike」に以前ご友人がお住まいだったこともあり、よく遊びに行っていたとのこと。今も四ツ池公園によく足を運ばれるようで、本当にすばらしい立地だよね！とお褒めいただきました！昔、四ツ池では菜種油を水車を回して造られていた時の話を永谷さんは、よく先代に聞いていたようで、先代はそこの菜種油をお店で仕入れられていたそうです。ご縁とは本当にひょんなとこから生まれるものですね♪
"Daily Lunch Special" 800 yen
この日の日替わりランチは、カツオのタタキ定食だったのですが、あまりに大盛況で13時を回る頃には既にカツオが終わってしまったとのこと。その代わりに、マグロのタタキで提供してくれました。オーダーが入ってから炙ってくれるので、炙りたては香りも良く、たっぷりとふりかけた玉葱と山葵と一緒にさっぱりといただきます♪
日替わりランチの小鉢「マグロの煮物」
マグロと小海老を上品な甘さの煮物に。こういうおかずはご飯が本当に進みます♪
日替わりランチの小鉢「茄子、ゴーヤ、ズッキーニの天ぷら」
素揚げに近い、薄い衣を纏った夏野菜の天ぷらです。茄子の甘み、ゴーヤの苦味、ズッキーニの瑞々しさが美味しいです♪
「ご飯」、「しじみの味噌汁」、「香の物」
ご飯の盛りも良く、大きなしじみの味噌汁は優しい甘さで、ぬか漬けは程好い塩加減で、どれを取ってもどこかホッとする日替わり定食。1皿1皿づつ丁寧に準備されるバランスの取れた和定食、お勧めです。仕事が落ち着いたら、夜にゆっくり伺いたいと思っています♪
