This ham and sausage specialty shop, run jointly by two close friends from their university days, has the atmosphere of a shop in a corner of Europe!
The shop has a cute exterior, and inside, sausages and spices are displayed. It has an atmosphere that makes you want to just drop in!
A Giu Yang spent two and a half years training in ham making in Florence, Italy, and has been steadily preparing to open his own shop with his close friend Niki Wu.
It seems they started small, but now they've grown to the point where they receive orders from major hotels and restaurants!
The tasting corner set up inside the store, where customers can enjoy wine while standing, is also very popular!
"Mangiamo" means "Let's eat together!" in Italian, which explains the lively and cheerful atmosphere inside the restaurant!
This is from last time, a farmer and friend from Tainan, "Genki-ya Agricultural Cooperative (Vegetable expert TomoIntroduced by Tomo Lin from )At the shop where I was treated,
I recently met Elisa Sung, who aspires to be a sommelier, and she helped me out as my interpreter!
Our store is committed to providing high-quality, safe products, including homemade prosciutto and sausages made without any additives.
A wide array of products born from their sincere passion are on display!
This time, they kindly opened up the private room in the back for us, and we enjoyed a lunch meeting while savoring their recommended assorted platter♪
From three types of salami and coppa to pancetta, patties, and sausages, everything is lightly salted, with a gentle flavor and concentrated umami.
They use only Taiwanese pork, and are particular about their spices and herbs, pursuing simple yet delicious flavors!
Our particular favorite is the Italian way of eating coppa with a little grapes and mint.
This combination offers a fresh taste, a balance of sweetness and saltiness, and a rich aroma.
This is definitely a way of eating that I'd like to try at my own home parties!
If a standing bar served a plate like this, I'd probably go there every night!
