As we parted, Mayor Tanaka offered us a rare, traditionally brewed Yamahai sake from Nanto.Sanshoraku Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. I had the "Yamahai-style" sake!
"Sanshoraku" is a brewery located in Gokayama, Nanto City.
This is a renowned sake made with Oyama Nishiki rice from Toyama Prefecture, and it's said to have a rich umami flavor and refreshing acidity! I'm looking forward to enjoying it with my evening drink!
