As expected from the Mayfull Group, which handles high-quality ingredients, they are committed to using premium ingredients to provide delicious and safe dishes!

On the first floor, the Chinese restaurant "Chao Yue Fang" offers casual Hong Kong-style dim sum as well as Cantonese cuisine featuring plenty of refined vegetables!

We asked Chef JK Lee about his most popular and recommended dish.
I placed my order with the help of Haru Okiko from "Haruyama" who acted as my interpreter!

Among the dim sum dishes, the "Shrimp Dumplings" offer a satisfyingly large and plump shrimp experience.
You can taste the sweetness and elasticity of the shrimp, and the chewy skin has just the right thickness for a perfect balance!

"XO Sauce Radish Cake" is generously coated with spicy XO sauce packed with the delicious flavor of shrimp.
This is the best radish mochi I've ever had!

The "Seafood Yakisoba" and "Crab Meat and Egg Fried Rice," both generously topped with ingredients, are popular menu items.
It has the umami of dried scallops, the crispness of asparagus, and the sweetness of lettuce.
The perfect balance of light, fluffy texture and delicate flavor is exquisite!

We even had a mango soup with tapioca for dessert, making it a truly satisfying hotel lunch!
