Along the street in Sumiyoshi, near Seirei Hamamatsu Hospital, there's a shop with a noren (traditional Japanese curtain) displaying the three hiragana characters "Kokoro." It opened in April 2007 and is celebrating its 8th anniversary this year, 2015. Since coming to Hamamatsu, I've always thought, "When it comes to okonomiyaki, it has to be Kokoro-san...".
