「山菜の天ぷら」

おおもりさんに山菜の天ぷら(蕗の薹、Kogomi、たらの芽)を抹茶塩でいただきました。Every year、この天ぷらを食べると春はもうすぐそこに・・・と四季の巡りを感じます。Winter、温かい蕎麦も良く食べましたがやはり冷たい蕎麦は美味しいですその後のそば湯でほっこりしながら大森さん夫婦と世間話する時間も楽しいものです。Mr. Omori、Ms. Mieko、また行きますね~♪
